l’isle douce

ROSÉ

L'Isle Douce is aptly named.
A mix of fruit and freshness, pale yet structured, light, and a perfect companion for summer meals, Isle Douce will brighten your glasses with its precious sparkles.
The Merlot grape from which it was made gives it its floral aromas of wild citrus and the qualities of a wine for aging that you can consume the following year.

Tasting

Color: its pretty salmon color reveals brilliant reflections.
Scent: deliciously fragrant and tangy, with aromas of citrus, exotic fruits (lychee, white fruits), and notes of flowers with hints of spices.
Taste: this distinguished rosé is defined by a beautiful balance. The lively attack opens on a dense and round mid-palate and finishes with a sensation of aniseed freshness.
Elegant and voluptuous, it is the ideal partner for aperitifs and light dishes.

Vinification Techniques

  • The harvest is carried out when the grape is at the height of its aromatic qualities.

  • The whole rosé is vinified by direct pressing.

  • 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

  • Planted area: 0.30 hectares

  • Aging in stainless steel vats - duration 3 to 4 months

  • Production: 3,000 bottles
