CHATEAU
The vineyard covers 9 hectares, which allows high-precision viticulture, carried out with the talent of Stéphane Derenoncourt.
The nature of the soils and their preserved environment make up an exceptional terroir. A South-facing plateau of gravel and limestone clay-loam hillsides make up the vineyard where the power of Merlot and the elegance of Cabernets combine. The average age of the vines is 18 years , the vineyard being divided between 58% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Franc, and 14% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each cultural practice is carried out through integrated crop management. Aging takes place in barrels for 12 to 14 months. The density of 6,500 vines/hectare and the controlled yields allow the grapes to fully express all of their aromatic complexity.
The work of the land and its fruits is carried out by passionate people, with all the care imposed by the duties of the winegrower.
Each act that leads to bottling, from harvesting to resting in barrels, is guided by respect for the terroir and its fair expression
